Photography, I believe, is a beautiful medium of work. However, primarily I find myself using photography as a way to document and experiment within my projects, but rarely for the final product. I took a course in analog photography, which I found to be an amazing and amusing art at the same time as yielding great results, but I also found, that for my purposes as an artist (not specialized in photography) digital works best.
Medium: photography through water with ink Composition: an exploratory photo series using ink droplets dispersed in a water basin (foreground) to shoot a figure (background) with regard to the way the ink moves in relation to the human body. Also a research of different types of 'garments' or layers an individual can wear. Date: 2011-2012
Medium: photography, action serie Description: using a leotard painted with black ink, I study the movement of the leotard (specifically the ink detailing) and how it changes in relation to the form of the human body when in motion. Date: 2011-2012
